Deda Digital is controlled by Derga Consulting, a Dedagroup company with which it already develops consulting services and projects to support businesses' innovation and digitalization processes. The transaction is part of Deda Digital's strategy aiming to complete its already wide range of digital marketing services and thus control the entire development process of omnichannel solutions. The acquisition will enable the Company to provide even more creative and efficient services suitable to its clients' communication and sales support projects in the fields of Web development, e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation, and mobile apps.
