The collaboration we started with Fondazione Bruno Kessler in 2016 when we created the first Co-Innovation Lab dedicated to AI and Data Engineering, is now stronger. The Cleanse (CLoud Native ApplicatioN Security) Co-Innovation Lab is born, a new joint lab for continuous technology transfer between Deda and FBK, focused on cybersecurity for next-generation software.
Today, public and private companies of all sizes are required to meet increasingly higher standards in cybersecurity, as confirmed by the new European NIS2 directive. With this joint investment, we want to enable the market to rapidly integrate new tools and methodologies to develop cloud-native software that is secure by design. Indeed, at the heart of the lab, there is an awareness of the importance of working as a system with the other market actors, combining knowledge and skills to generate widespread value.
