What to expect from this position
You will join VisiFI, part of Deda Group, a thought leader in fintech solutions that introduces innovative approaches to help credit unions across the country compete more effectively in the ever-changing consumer finance market.
You will support and assist senior management in identifying solutions, performing product assessment, due diligence, and third-party prototyping requirements; to assist senior management in gathering information and evaluate the costs of products and services, and assess market requests and pricing trends to help senior management make informed decisions about product pricing structures; and to effectively communicate and follow senior management’s direction in negotiating with vendors to define expectations and establish terms as directed by senior management and legal counsel. This position, at the direction and in support of senior management, is responsible for assisting in conducting primary market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis and determining tactical steps toward possible adoption of third-party solutions. Also, at the direction and in support of senior management, for assisting in defining product evolution roadmaps, supporting business cases, and supporting the management of the ongoing relationships with third parties and partners as needed. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments and levels of seniority to support senior leadership’s decision-making is a must. This position reports to the VP of Digital Product Management.
Key Responsabilities:
- Schedule product strategy meetings and other occasions of brainstorming and elaboration on products and marketing as directed by senior management.
- Execute senior management’s directions as related to assisting in identifying solutions, performing product assessment, and collaborating in negotiations, due diligence, and prototyping requirements as directed by senior management.
- Effectively communicate and convey information to vendors/third parties to define expectations and establish terms and conditions as directed by senior management and legal counsel.
- Execute senior management’s directions as related to assisting in conducting primary market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis and determining tactical steps toward possible adoption of third-party solutions.
- Execute senior management’s directions as related to defining product evolution roadmaps, supporting business cases, and supporting the management of the ongoing relationships with third parties and partners.
- Assist senior management in activities such as evaluation of the costs of products and services, assessment of market requests and pricing trends to help company make informed decisions about product pricing structures as directed by senior management.
- Monitor and forecast sales and marketing trends.
- Gathering data and creating insight from existing customers and market demands
- Perform liaison tasks with Program Management and Legal for the execution of projects to support new solution and marketing initiatives as directed by senior management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and external consultants in researching, and collecting information on, market trends and industry changes as directed by senior management.
- Create and maintain a centralized resource library of competitor analysis, potential third-party providers and solutions, and documentation in support of prototyping, installations, integrations, etc.
- Coordinate and support market surveys, customer focus/user groups and other initiatives to gather direct insight on product performance and expectations as needed.
- Participate in planning and organization of the client conference as directed by senior management; support Sales and Marketing’s external presence as requested.
- Create and organize third party documentation for internal and external use.
- Assist with vendor due diligence, maintaining thorough documentation as directed.

Physical demands
Work is performed in an office environment and involves everyday risks or discomforts which requires normal safety precautions. Travel up to 50%, which may require overnight and weekend travel.
Work is essentially sedentary with occasional walking, standing, bending, carrying items under 25 pounds such as books, papers, small parts, etc.
