The Dedagroup Digital Academy - Stealth Edition is a free, practical, and engaging training program created to foster the development of the skills required by the new digital professions in Fashion & Luxury. The training path alternates activities in phygital mode and practical workshops. It focuses on Stealth, the Fashion Platform, an extended Made in Italy Software for managing Fashion processes, and it ends with a real and concrete job opportunity in the Group.  

The Dedagroup Digital Academy - Stealth Edition is open to young graduates in technical-scientific or IT paths with good English knowledge who want to embark on a challenging career path in a dynamic company working for the Fashion & Luxury Retail industry. 

The required professional figure, whom we intend to grow within our Group, is the Business Analyst.

The Dedagroup Digital Academy - Stealth Edition is a full-time, on-the-job training path of 6 months. We created this program to bridge the gap between studies and work. The training is targeted on each participant's needs and is based on a learning-by-doing approach. This enables participants to bring value to the fashion market evolution and strengthen the relationship with clients. 
Throughout the course, each participant will have a dedicated mentor.

The classroom training is delivered digitally and physically and will take place at Deda Stealth's headquarters in Padua. It consists of two phases: the first provides cross-corporate lessons; the second will see participants involved in a specialized course for 5 weeks.

The cross-corporate training will touch on People Value, Enterprise Value, PM, and Business Analysis. The vertical training will be held by Deda Stealth colleagues and focus on the fashion world and on the modules of Stealth, the Fashion Platform.

At the end of the classroom part, the participants will begin the on-the-job training period working alongside Deda Stealth professionals. During this time, participants will be guided by the most experienced Deda People, who will transfer Deda's skills and know-how, thanks to more than 30 years of experience working alongside the biggest fashion brands.

Attendees will receive a participation certificate.
