Through our Deda Academy, we train young high-school or university graduates and help them enter the world of work, supporting them in gaining the skills needed to work in the IT industry.

For our high-potential employees, we have designed a full-fledged, in-house, 18-month master's program to encourage them to push their limits and take on increasingly ambitious challenges.
